What the coaching actually is, taken word for word from thpstrength.com and its own terms of service.
A subscription coaching membership, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled, cancellable at any time from the account area. What the site says it includes: a custom weekly plan assessed on your jump style, strength, injury history, schedule and goals; daily coach access through a group chat where staff break down your video; pain tracks for knee, achilles, shin splints and tendon issues; and a private athlete community. The subscription price is not published on the site.
ApplySet out in the site's own terms of service. Entry is a refundable deposit, with the amount shown at checkout. To get it back you must submit a jump video in the first seven days and another in the final week, complete 100% of the scheduled workouts in the TeamBuildr app, show a gain of at least two inches, and post a public testimonial video that stays up for 30 days. Meet all four and you choose a refund or store credit toward a coaching plan. The deposit amount is not published.
EnquireTHPStrength, the podcast he hosts with John Evans, runs on Apple Podcasts and on YouTube as @thpstrength1 (16.6K subscribers, 1.8K videos). His own channel @IsaiahRivera1 carries 372K subscribers and 1.9K videos of training, dunk sessions and contest breakdowns. Both are free.
LinksTwo guarantee lines are published. The homepage headline reads “Jump Higher In 30 Days Or We Refund Your Money Back”, with knee pain down in seven days. The site's meta description promises at least three inches in six months or free coaching. The terms of service separately state a strict no-refund policy on digital programs “unless otherwise explicitly stated”. Both guarantee wordings are quoted as published; ask support for the terms that apply to you.
